Experience

  • Represented former managers of BNDES in three significant Special Audit Proceedings before the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU), focused on the analysis of credit and capital market operations conducted with JBS Group. The financing operations amounted to BRL 8.11 billion. Our firm's involvement culminated in a significant victory in the Court of Accounts, where the Plenary recognized the legality and economic success of BNDES's investments in JBS, dismissing the initial claim of loss to the public treasury and confirming that the former managers did not commit any intentional acts or gross errors in approving the operations.
