Overview
Arthur Rublin is a partner in Mayer Brown’s New York office. He is a member of Mayer Brown’s Banking & Finance, Structured Finance and CDOs and CLOs practices.
Art’s legal experience spans more than 20 years, a majority of which have been focused on CLOs and other structured products as well as derivative transactions. Art has extensive experience advising asset managers, investment banks and other institutions in structured finance transactions and other complex financings, with a focus on new-issue collateralized loan obligation transactions, resets and refinancings, and warehouse facilities. He advises clients on related regulatory issues, including Investment Advisers Act, private placement and risk retention issues.
Art served as managing director and senior counsel at one of the world’s largest investment management firms for a number of years, and has also worked at other prominent law firms in New York.
