Overview
Andrew Papworth concentrates on real estate finance transactions, but also has extensive leveraged finance and general finance experience, acting for private debt funds, banks, mezzanine funds, private equity houses/sponsors and corporate clients on a range of complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
