Overview
Jessica Pan represents private investment fund sponsors in the formation, marketing and operation of private investment funds and related activities.
Previously, Jessica represented private investment fund sponsors in structuring and negotiating the terms of US and offshore private investment vehicles and related portfolio investments. She also represented public and private companies and investment banks in capital markets transactions.
Prior to law school, Jessica was an auditor at KPMG in Shanghai, China.
