Overview
Camila Panama is a partner in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group and the New York office’s corporate hiring partner. Camila’s practice focuses on advising clients on public and private company mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, carve-outs and other significant transactions. She also advises boards of directors and special committees on activist defense and a full range of corporate governance matters. Camila is a partner sponsor and member of the Latin Connect Employee Resource Group and is a member of the New York Women Connect Employee Resource Group.
