Angeline Premraj

Angeline Premraj is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Washington, DC office, where she concentrates her practice on intellectual property litigation. She represents clients in complex patent disputes before federal courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), as well as in post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Angeline brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to litigation, informed by her prior experience as a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) patent examiner. Her technical insight and deep understanding of patent prosecution and examination procedures enhance her ability to craft persuasive arguments and develop effective litigation strategies. Before joining Mayer Brown, Angeline supported high-stakes IP litigation at a boutique firm, where she worked on matters involving electronics, software, and medical devices. Her experience spans all phases of litigation, including discovery, claim construction, expert witness preparation, and trial preparation.
