Charmian P. Y. Ng

Charmian Ng is a senior associate in the Insurance Litigation practice in Mayer Brown's Hong Kong office.

Charmian has experience in handling personal injury and insurance litigation. She has experience in advising different aspects of insurance litigation including advising on policy-related issues involving employees' compensation, public liability and motor liability. She has represented and defended premises' occupiers, construction companies and drivers in cases involving serious personal injuries and death.

• Appeared for the applicant in the assessment hearing of an employees’ compensation claim.
• Successfully argued and struck out an employees’ compensation claim on the ground that the same was brought out of time.
