Overview
Russell Nance focuses his practice primarily on structured finance and securitization transactions, as well as financial products. As a partner in our New York office, he has extensive experience represented sponsors, managers, issuers, and underwriters in virtually every manner of asset-backed transaction, including account receivable; auto loan; auto lease; collateralized bond, loan, and debt obligation; commercial and residential mortgage, including REMICs; credit card receivable; excess mortgage servicing; life settlement; solar loan; student loan; and supply chain receivable, among other asset classes. He also frequently advises on the issuance of equity-linked notes, swap transactions, and other derivative instruments.
In 2022, Russell is recognized by Chambers USA for Tax in New York and Capital Markets: Securitisation: Tax – USA.
