Overview
Christopher Nickas is an associate in Mayer Brown's New York office and a member of the Corporate & Securities and Banking & Finance practices.
Christopher represents public companies, investment banks, foreign private issuers, special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), and sponsors in public and private equity offerings, including initial public offerings, business combinations with SPACs, follow-on offerings, at-the-market offerings, and Rule 144A offerings, in addition to many other complex securities transactions.
He also regularly advises public companies with respect to compliance with US securities laws and other corporate governance matters.
