Clients value his depth of experience in the full lifecycle of greenfield traditional, renewable and nuclear power projects, having represented developers, suppliers, lenders, investors, and quasi-governmental entities at all phases of project development and all levels of the capital stack. He brings a wide-angle lens to bear for his clients, with experience in transactions ranging from early works to operations, EPC to offtake, construction debt to tax equity investments, and M&A to bankruptcy restructuring.
