Overview
Tiffany Miller is counsel in the Intellectual Property practice in Mayer Brown's Washington DC office. She focuses primarily on intellectual property litigation. She has represented clients from various industries in intellectual property litigation in federal district courts across the country as well as in appellate litigation before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Tiffany also has experience representing clients in unfair import actions arising under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 before the US International Trade Commission and related appellate litigations. Specifically, she assists complainants and respondents with patent, trademark, and trade secret infringement issues. Tiffany’s patent litigation cases have involved a wide array of technologies including mobile phones and computing devices, gaming consoles, flat-panel televisions, hard disk drives, semiconductor integrated circuits, and automobile components.
