Kana Morimura represents corporate and individual clients on cross-border dispute matters, especially Japanese industrial corporations, including major manufacturers, service providers, and financial service providers. Clients look to Kana to advise on matters related to disputes spanning multiple jurisdictions, including anti-bribery laws (such as the FCPA), antitrust laws, fraud, product quality issues (including False Claims Act (FCA) matters handled by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and other US authorities), related government responses and investigations, associated class actions and other litigation, negotiations with customers, and commercial disputes arising from transactions.
