Andrew Miles is an associate in Mayer Brown's Chicago office and a member of the Banking & Finance practice. Andrew focuses his practice primarily on private equity fund finance with experience representing financial institutions and private equity funds in financial transactions of all types, including subscription-backed credit facilities, hybrid (NAV) facilities, acquisition financings and syndicated financings.
