Ryan Lifland is a staff attorney in Mayer Brown’s Charlotte office and a member of the Real Estate practice. Ryan represents institutional investors, lenders, developers and corporations in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, financing and development of real estate projects of all types. Ryan also has experience representing institutional clients in a variety of secured and unsecured debt financing transactions and asset-backed securitizations. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Ryan served as law clerk to the Honorable Cecelia G. Morris, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
