Russell Best v. Mariea Best, Boone County, Indiana, represented husband in connection with property division, child custody and guardianship dispute over 12 year period.
In re Marion Pokoik Dick Trust, Surrogate Court, New York City. 2007-2013, represented trustee against claim for breach of trust.
Sale of Best Access Systems, Fall 2002. Represented majority shareholder in sale of company to The Stanley Works for $310 million and settlement of related dissident shareholder’s suit.
Estate of Robert Irsay, Circuit Court of Cook County, 1997. Represented the interest of decedent's son in estate dispute over family business against stepmother. One of the largest estate disputes in the Midwest during the 1990s, the case settled favorably, with the son retaining complete control of business.
