Guimei Li

Guimei Li is involved in domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions and joint-ventures transactions. She also advises companies on their corporate governance matters.

Admitted to the Paris and Xi'an (China) bars, Guimei has specific experience in assisting Chinese investors and companies with their investments projects in France.

• Advised Biscuits Bouvard on its acquisition of the Belgian group Pidy Gourmet ;
• Advised Fosun Pharma, an investment company listed on the stock exchange in Hong Kong and Shanghai, on its acquisition of a majority shareholding of Tridem Pharma, from its founders (Gérard Baylé and Jean-Louis Operti), LT Capital and Multicroissance ;
• Advised a group of individuals on the sale of 28,000 square meters building of offices and retail located on Place Vendôme in Paris, to Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) ;
• Advised investment fund Colony Capital on its acquisition of a portfolio of real estate receivables from an international financial institution, and on the restructuring of each of these real estate receivables ;
• Advised Eurazeo on its acquisition of the GRAPE Hospitality portfolio held by Accor and other real estate investment funds.
