Guimei Li

Before rejoining Mayer Brown where she has already worked for several years in M&A, Private Equity, Management Packages and employee stock purchase plans practices, Guimei has been general counsel and member of the ComEx and ESG committee of a French luxury fashion house. This dual experience in law firm and corporate, allows her to have a detailed and pragmatic understanding of clients’ strategic and operational issues and to propose legal solutions in line with their business objectives.

During her previous experience as general counsel, she has managed the entire legal perimeter of the company. This global vision enables her to act as a cross-disciplinary advisor, coordinating the various technical teams covering the various areas of expertise of the firm. 

In addition to her native Chinese, Guimei is fluent in French and English.
