Brian L. Kuhl is a Banking & Finance partner in Mayer Brown’s Chicago office. Brian’s practice is focused on securitization and other innovative structured finance transactions involving all types of residential mortgage loans and other residential real property-related assets, including nonqualified mortgage loans, reverse mortgage loans, mortgage servicing rights, servicing advances, REO properties, single-family-related properties, home improvement loans, fix and flip loans, and home equity products.

Brian also represents commercial lending institutions, REITs and other corporate borrowers in various innovative structured lending transactions, including repurchase facilities. Brian joined the firm in 2013
