Overview
Jennifer Kellner is an associate in Mayer Brown's New York office and a member of the Restructuring practice. She focuses her practice on representing debtors, creditors, and other parties in complex chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, U.S. chapter 15 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, and distressed transactions. Jennifer advises clients on a wide range of restructuring matters, including debtor-in-possession financing, plan negotiations, and giving corporate global strategy advice. She works closely with clients across industries including energy, automotive, and technology to develop and implement strategies that facilitate successful resolutions in challenging and complex matters.
