Overview
Anthony Kim focuses on the documentation of derivatives and structured products transactions structured as OTC trades or standalone prospectuses under debt and securities programs (primarily with equity, equity index, proprietary index, FX, commodity, interest rate and/or sovereign debt underlyings). Anthony has also served as in-house counsel at large domestic and foreign banks advising business and legal teams on program feasibility, structuring and hedging risks.
Prior to practicing law, Anthony worked extensively in both the financial services industry and alongside community organizations to empower at-risk youth. He has spoken at many conferences and for non-profit organizations to youth and youth workers alike.
