Overview
Alexander Kingsley is a counsel in Mayer Brown's Charlotte office and a member of the Banking & Finance practice. His practice centers on fund finance and representing lenders in negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities to private equity and real estate funds. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Alex was a finance associate in the Charlotte office of a regional firm where he represented lead agents, arrangers and participant lenders in syndicated credit facilities.
Alex received his JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he served as an articles editor for the North Carolina Law Review, and he holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern University.
