Overview

Edward has comprehensive experience in the area of pension law. He has significant experience of issues of investment management and custody for pension schemes and fund managers, including advice on implementation of market-leading LDI transactions and investments in swaps, hedge funds, private equity funds and common investment funds, and he coordinates our multi-disciplinary Pension Finance Group.  Edward also deals with the full range of advisory and documentation work for a number of substantial pension scheme clients, has experience of drafting scheme documentation, scheme mergers and demergers, wind-ups and refunds of surplus and of advising trustees on pensions implications of corporate restructurings.
