  • Advising an employer on a number of ICC arbitrations in connection with the design and construction of a major maritime project in Central America. The claims ranged from issues concerning the financing of the maritime project, to issues of construction and engineering;
  • Representing a multinational consortium of contractors in ongoing ADCCAC arbitration proceedings in relation to a multi-billion-dollar airport project in the Middle East;
  • Acting for a major shipbuilder in SIAC arbitration concerning several contentious issues arising out of the sale and purchase of various LNG vessels;
  • Advising a contractor in UNCITRAL arbitration proceedings in relation to a high value contract under Indian law in the oil and gas sector;
  • Advising a Saudi Arabian contractor in ongoing ad hoc arbitration proceedings in relation to a multi-billion-dollar hospital project in the Middle East;
