Overview
Júlia Isern Bennassar advises clients on EU regulatory law, with a focus on chemicals and product regulation, including REACH, CLP, PFAS, F-gases, PPWR and ECGT.
Before joining Mayer Brown, Júlia worked in the REACH Unit at the European Commission (DG GROW), where she supported the drafting of the proposal for the ECHA Regulation and REACH implementation measures. She previously worked at another international law firm, collaborated with an environmental lawyer in Spain on litigation involving renewable energy and urban planning, and volunteered with the legal teams of several environmental NGOs.
