Overview

John Paul Igoe is a counsel in Mayer Brown’s Charlotte office and a member of the firm’s Banking & Finance and Fund Finance practices. He has broad experience in finance with a particular emphasis on fund finance. He represents major financial institutions in their roles as arrangers, administrative agent and lenders in sophisticated cross-border transactions, including subscription-backed credit facilities, net-asset value credit facilities, hybrid credit facilities and other asset-based financings. John Paul assists his clients in structuring, negotiating and syndicating secured credit facilities across from some of the world’s largest and most distinguished private equity sponsors.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown, John Paul began his practice at a boutique bankruptcy firm in New York City before working as an associate and counsel at prominent New York law firms.
