Nina He represents internet and technology companies in complex civil litigation involving consumer protection, privacy and internet law. She regularly advises clients in cutting-edge consumer class actions on issues relating to Wiretap Act (ECPA), California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), the Stored Communications Act (SCA), the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA), the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), and other unfair competition and consumer protection laws.
