Overview
J. Patrick Green has experience advising clients on a wide variety of matters including structuring, negotiating and forming funds, co-investment vehicles and other investment opportunities. Patrick actively assists clients in all stages of fund formation and fund sponsor representation, including preparing offering and fund documents and advising on internal sponsor and investment manager issues. Patrick also advises institutional investors in connection with their investments in private funds. In particular, clients value Patrick’s experience with closed-end funds with a private equity strategy.
