Isabella Giorgi is an associate in the Antitrust practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in the São Paulo Office.
Isabella has extensive experience in antitrust matters, and focus in advising clients from different industries in merger control matters. She frequently advises clients in complex merger control filings and negotiation of antitrust remedies before the Brazilian antitrust authorities. Her experience in merger control includes multi-jurisdictional analysis and coordination of global merger control filings as well.
Previously Isabella was seconded to Mayer Brown office in Washington DC, where she worked in US and global merger control matters.
In Brazil, Isabella also represents clients in cartel and abuse of dominant position cases, and advises them in the design and implementation of antitrust compliance programs.
