Overview
Marie Filippi advises clients on all aspects of European and French competition law, including merger control and foreign direct investment (FDI) filings, cartels, abuses of dominance, and related litigations before the EU and French courts (including in private enforcement litigations).
Marie has developed sector-specific experience in a number of industries, including construction & engineering, food and consumer packaged goods, postal and parcel delivery services, transportation. She also has experience in the preparation and handling of complex merger filings before the European Commission and the French Competition Authority, as well as FDI filings.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Marie was an associate at an international law firm.
In addition to her native French, Marie is fluent in English.
