Lauren Flatow is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Charlotte office and a member of the Banking & Finance practice. Her practice centers on fund finance and representing lenders in the negotiation and documentation of subscription-based credit facilities to private equity and real estate funds. Lauren also has significant experience in debt and equity trading, advising clients on the purchase and sale of both distressed and par debt and equity in the secondary market.
