Overview

Jason Friedman is a partner in Mayer Brown's New York office and a member of the Banking & Finance practice focusing on leveraged finance, private credit transactions and financial restructuring. He advises clients across a wide variety of industries, including technology, healthcare and life sciences, private equity, energy, real estate, consumer products and infrastructure. Jason’s practice primarily involves representing borrowers, private equity sponsors, banks, hedge funds, alternative asset managers and other institutional investors in a broad range of domestic and cross-border debt finance and financial restructuring transactions, bankruptcy cases, special situations investments and distressed acquisitions.
