Jeff Favitta represents banks, insurance companies, private equity and hedge funds, ’40 Act funds, borrowers and other entities in private securitizations, warehouse securitization facilities, asset-based lending transactions using securitization style structures, purchases and sales of financial assets and other structured financing transactions and related matters. Jeff regularly represents clients in connection with securitizations and other structured financings involving trade receivables, consumer debt products (including marketplace loans, student loans and credit card receivables), commercial debt products (including merchant cash advances and small business loans) and a variety of other financial assets, including those with cross-border and cross-currency features, credit insurance support and off-balance sheet structures.
