Overview

Dániel Élő represents multinational clients in dispute resolution and regulatory matters before EU courts and national regulatory authorities, across a wide range of regulated sectors such as chemicals, life sciences, and energy.

In addition, Dániel advises clients in connection with matters involving data protection and transparency laws. In particular, he has deep experience in public access to documents cases and fundamental freedom restrictions by member states and the connected justification framework.

Before joining Mayer Brown, Dániel worked in the legal affairs department of the European Commission Directorate-General for Budget (DG BUDG) and at another international law firm.
