Ron Distante is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Capital Markets group. Ron represents issuers, underwriters and asset managers in equity and debt capital markets transactions, including equity offerings, high-yield and investment grade offerings, 144A/Reg S and 4(a)(2) private placements, tender and exchange offerings, reverse mergers and funding agreement-backed notes.
Ron received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, and his B.A. from Iona College.
