Overview
As counsel in the Real Estate group of Mayer Brown's Los Angeles office, Boise Ding works with real estate advisors, insurance companies, REITS, banks and other institutional lenders and investors in a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and sales; construction, permanent and mezzanine financing (including on behalf of EB-5 lenders and for projects secured by EB-5 financing); leasing; disposition and development agreements; asset management; and joint ventures. He has extensive experience in negotiating, drafting and successfully closing large commercial transactions involving office buildings, condominiums, apartment buildings, hotels, shopping centers, industrial parks and planned developments, including on a multi-state portfolio basis. He joined the firm in 1995, after practicing for two years at a major Wall Street firm in New York.
