Overview

Roger Bond Choquette advises investors on the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of real estate.

Roger’s work includes the full cycle of real estate investment: from formation of joint ventures, to acquisition of land, through leasing and sales of fully developed projects. His practice includes industrial, multifamily, and retail properties.

In addition, Roger maintains an active pro bono practice representing refugees and asylees.

Experience

Represented:

  • A capital partner in formation of a joint venture to develop a $57 million multifamily apartment project in the Portland, Oregon metro area.
  • A joint venture in acquisition of existing townhomes in Boise, Idaho, including the assumption of existing financing.
  • A private equity fund in a $155 million refinancing of nine residential properties in multiple states.
  • A life insurance company in buyout of joint venture partner for developed mixed-use property in Phoenix, Arizona.
  • A life insurance company on $46 million sale leaseback transaction in Dallas, Texas metro area.
  • An Afghan national in successful application for asylee status in the United States.
