Joe Cooper, senior associate, advises on a wide range of corporate transactions for listed and unlisted clients. His practice covers various industry sectors, with extensive experience in technology and software.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Joe spent four years working as a corporate in-house counsel at a FTSE 100 multinational software group.
