Overview

Danielle Charron is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Houston office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. Danielle is experienced in all major stages of the litigation process, including drafting and arguing dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses for trial and depositions, representing clients in mediations and settlement negotiations, and serving and responding to written discovery. In particular, Danielle has significant trial and courtroom experience in state and federal courts as well as arbitration.

Danielle maintains a broad commercial litigation and arbitration practice focusing on various complex business disputes, both as plaintiff and defendant. Danielle’s experience involves a wide range of industries and practices including, for example, all phases and stages of oil and gas and chemical production, premises liability, construction, banking, trade secret/Lanham Act and fair use litigation, federal firearm/PLCAA litigation, personal injury and wrongful death litigation, insurance and insurance coverage disputes, and pre- and post-closing transactional disputes across all industries.

Danielle received her JD from the University of Houston Law Center and her BA in Communications from Texas A&M University. Danielle is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
