Overview

Tom Crane is a senior associate in the Banking & Finance practice in Mayer Brown's Singapore office.

He advises fund managers and lenders on fund-level financings across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, private equity and real estate. He also advises sponsors and lenders (including commercial banks, institutional investors and development finance institutions) on project finance transactions in the energy and infrastructure space.
