Admitted to the Paris Bar, Véronique Collin is a Senior Counsel in the Banking & Finance practice of the Paris office.
With more than 35 years of transactional banking and finance experience in Paris, London and Tokyo, Véronique focuses on structured finance, including complex receivable finance structures, including securitisation. She also covers real estate finance, asset finance and a large variety of other banking and finance legal matters. She regularly advises French and international clients, more specifically in the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany.
Nominated Structured Finance Lawyer of the Year and Most influential Woman in Banking and Finance Law 2021 – France, Véronique is regularly listed in Best Lawyers in France for her banking & finance legal practice.

- Advised RCI Banque on a €719 million securitisation backed by German auto loans originated by its German Branch.
- Advised DIAC SA, the financial subsidiary of certain brands of the Alliance Renault Nissan Mitsubishi, on the securitisation of auto loans originated by DIAC for a total amount of €747.1 million.
