Overview
Dave Ciancuillo practices banking, corporate and finance law, with an emphasis on corporate lending, secured transactions, securitization and various other structured finance products.
Dave regularly represents banks, borrowers, investment vehicles and other finance companies in various transactions, including: asset-based lending facilities; trade and supply chain finance; securities offerings; and transactions involving the financing of receivables, mortgages, inventory, equipment and auto loans and leases.
Dave has been a speaker and panelist on a number of presentations to industry participants on topics including accounting, secured transactions, bankruptcy, cross-border finance and other structuring matters.
