Amy advises clients on domestic and international trademark and copyright registration, protection and enforcement. Clients rely on her in-depth knowledge of:
- Trademark and copyright registration and maintenance;
- Trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board;
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating intellectual property agreements, including software licenses, escrow and maintenance agreements, website development agreements, trademark and copyright licenses and assignments, and work-for-hire agreements;
- Intellectual property due diligence and risk assessments in corporate transactions;
