Massimo Capretta

Massimo Capretta represents banks, insurance companies, asset managers and various private sources of capital across a broad spectrum of domestic and international working capital finance transactions including asset-based lending, supply chain finance; factoring and accounts receivable securitization.

Over the last decade, Massimo and his colleagues have been involved in many of the most prominent transactions in the trade finance space. In recent years, this has included the creation of several unique off-balance sheet inventory monetization solutions, especially in the commodities and information technology sectors.

Massimo also has considerable experience advising creditors on workouts and other out-of-court restructurings of troubled credits.
