Overview
Sabrina Boukhatem assists French and international companies on all individual and collective aspects of French labor and employment law in both advisory and litigation matters.
She is particularly involved in reorganizations, individual and collective dismissals, negotiated separation procedures, as well as the employment-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. She also assists companies with managing their labor relations and represents them before French courts.
