Overview
Oriane Beauvois advises private equity clients and multinational groups on the tax aspects of their domestic and cross-border transactions (acquisitions, financing, mergers, reorganizations), from tax due diligence to structuring.
She also provides assistance to companies and their managers on day-to-day tax matters as well as tax audits and litigations.
In addition to her native French, Oriane is fluent in English.
