Micayla R. Brugellis

Micayla Brugellis assists clients foreign and domestic clients on a variety of complex matters including copyright, breach of contract, real estate, and data privacy actions. She has assisted in representing national and multinational corporations in both federal and state courts through various stages of litigation, including by drafting pleadings, motions, and mediation statements. She is involved in all aspects of discovery—assisting with fact investigation, creating coding panels and search protocols, analyzing documents both offensively and defensively, conducting privilege reviews, and preparing for depositions. Micayla maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on voter protection.
