Overview

Matthew Bodziak advises a wide range of asset mangers and fund sponsors with respect to product development, operations and regulatory matters.

Matthew regularly counsels sponsors of hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds and other investment funds on all aspects of fund formation, fund structuring and capital raising. He has extensive experience with products that cover a variety of investment strategies, including growth equity, buy out, infrastructure, real estate, credit, reinsurance, long/short equity funds and hybrid funds. Matthew also advises clients with respect to seed capital arrangements, secondaries and regulatory compliance.
