Overview
Luke Bell is a partner in Mayer Brown's Salt Lake City office and a member of the Corporate & Securities practice. He advises investment managers on a wide variety of matters, including fund formation and capital raising, co-investments, fund operations, regulatory compliance, continuation vehicles, and sponsor level arrangements. Luke has experience assisting clients with private equity, venture capital, search, real estate, private credit and hedge funds. He also represents institutional investors in connection with their private fund investments.
Luke served as a law clerk to the Honorable Priscilla Richman, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
