Juliana Brensinger helps multinational corporations, partnerships, and high net-worth individuals in all stages of federal tax controversy, including IRS audits, administrative appeals, competent authority proceedings, and litigation. She has experience with international tax, transfer pricing, and income characterization and deductibility issues.
Before joining Mayer Brown, Juliana clerked for Judge Cary Douglas Pugh on the US Tax Court, where she gained invaluable insight into the Tax Court’s decision making process.
