Jacob Blakeslee advises institutions, funds, issuers, borrowers and other entities in domestic and cross-border securitizations and other structured finance transactions.
Corporate clients rely on Jake to help them structure and negotiate a variety of structured finance asset products in private securitizations, warehouse securitization facilities, asset-based lending transactions using securitization style structures, purchases and sales of financial assets and other structured financing transactions and related matters involving consumer debt products, commercial debt products, student loans, HELOC loans, residential mortgages, commercial mortgages, trade receivables and tax credits.
