Eugene Bong has over 25 years of experience assisting clients on global structured finance experience, more than 12 years of which have been dedicated to collateralized loan obligations, collateralized debt obligations and other structured products. His practice focuses on broadly syndicated CLOs and leveraged loan warehouses. Eugene represents arrangers, issuers and collateral managers on CLO transactions. Eugene’s clients include Barclays Capital and Citigroup.
